Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policies

Due to very high demand for our service, we ask that you notify us prior your actual appointment- regardless of whether you need to reschedule or want to completely cancel - as there are likely other patients that will be able to book the time-slot you are giving up. We need this time to return your appointment into our system for someone else to take. For clarification, cancellations qualify for a refund as long as you notify use - however, refunds will not be processed for no-shows. Thank you!

If you are unable to make your appointment and need to reschedule, then please fill out and submit this form. We will accommodate your new requested appointment, but please be advised that there could be extra wait time if all parking spaces are occupied on the day of your new chosen date and time-slot. Please be sure to enter the same information you provided when initially booking your appointment.

We will resend confirmation of your new appointment to your email, once it is has been processed into our system.
