While the local lab that processes our PCR tests does accept insurance for the lab analysis portion of this test, we do not accept insurance for the collection of specimens and transport to the Buffalo Grove-based lab. We do not accept insurance for our Rapid Antigen or Antibody tests. However, our tests should qualify for reimbursement since they are EUA and conducted by a CLIA certified clinic. Under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, patients are entitled to reimbursement for the cost of Covid testing. While our testing includes an out-of-pocket cost, we encourage individuals to seek reimbursement from their insurance companies by forwarding a paid invoice to the insurance company’s claims department. We will provide a detailed invoice to anyone upon request.
If you have insurance, we offer flexible ways to pay for your Saliva PCR testing.
We recommend purchasing the Saliva PCR Test. We also offer the Rapid Antigen Test for quicker results. If you are interested in the Rapid Test, we recommend pairing it with the Saliva PCR Test to confirm the results.
