While the local lab that processes our standard Saliva PCR tests does accept insurance for the lab analysis portion of this test, we do not accept insurance for the collection of specimens and transport to the Buffalo Grove-based lab. We do not accept insurance for our Rapid PCR, Rapid Antigen or Antibody tests. However, our tests may qualify for reimbursement since they are EUA and conducted by a CLIA certified clinic. Under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, patients are entitled to reimbursement for the cost of Covid testing. While our testing includes an out-of-pocket cost, we encourage individuals to seek reimbursement from their insurance companies by forwarding a paid invoice to the insurance company’s claims department. We will provide a detailed invoice to anyone upon request.

We recommend purchasing the Saliva or Rapid PCR Test. We also offer the Rapid PCR and Rapid Antigen Test for quick results. If you are interested in the Rapid Antigen Test, we recommend pairing it with the Saliva PCR Test to confirm the results.
