The Appointment Process

Setting up your testing appointment is a 3 step process.

Choose your appointment date and time

In the calendar below, you will select your desired test(s), an available day and time slot, then provide basic personal information on the next screen.

Submit Secure Payment

We offer a secure online payment process that accepts all major credit cards.

Fill out your patient details

Completing the "Patient Registration" form is a crucial step that our Lab needs to process your test results. More detailed information about you will be asked and requires upload of a valid ID, as well as photos of your Insurance Card - if you are paying for the Saliva Test Lab Processing with Insurance.

GETTING YOUR TEST RESULTS...

Notification of your test result will come directly from our partner lab, GoPath Labs. The email message will have the Subject line: “GoPath Labs COVID Testing Report” and have been sent by image of admin at gopathdx . com - Please be sure to monitor your email inbox and your junk folder for this email.

IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS...

We recommend purchasing the Saliva PCR Test. We also offer the Rapid Antigen Test for quicker results. If you are interested in the Rapid Test, we recommend pairing it with the Saliva PCR Test to confirm the results.

Before You Book...

Some conditions to consider before you book an appointment.

  • The Saliva PCR test requires production of 3ml of saliva and requires the ability to spit into the tube. Children under the age of 5 most likely will not be able to do this.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule simply let us know and we will work to accommodate your request. Read our Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • We will not issue refunds for no-shows!
  • Have you been tested by us before and need another? If so, you do not need to complete our Lab's "Patient Registration" form, which appears immediately following payment.
